In this case your order will qualify for free of charge standard Royal Mail delivery (delivery period 2 - 3 working days). The majority of our deliveries are carried out by UPS unless your order value is under £25 (before VAT) or under 2 kilograms. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays will not be despatched until the next working day. What if you notice a mechanical problem after the watch or jewellery item has been sized and/or worn? Once it is worn or sized or the tags/factory tape has been removed, MNML Lifestyle will not accept the returned item. If your answer to either question is “no” then the watch or jewellery item must be repackaged immediately in order to be eligible for a return.
